A selection of images by David Bauckham from Maltings Meadow

Bungay111 March ~ Founded in 1925, Bungay Town play at the Maltings Meadow Sports Ground just next to the River Waveney, on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk. Over the past 15 years they have worked hard to renovate the ground and facilities, turning a decrepit stadium into a thriving multi-sport community hub for the area. Photographer David Bauckham visited Maltings Meadow for the match against local rivals Beccles Town in the Anglian Combination League Division One, a clash promoted on Bungay’s Twitter feed as “The Yokel Derby”. A small selection of David’s photos are below, but the complete set can be found on his website.
