By the end of the transfer window Chelsea had a club-record 38 players out on loan, of whom 15 are English. How many will go on to become regular members of Chelsea's first-team squad? We're going to risk a prediction: 0.

RCCF150Badge of the week ~ RC Charleroi-Couillet-Fleurus, Belgium
The phrase "he's got an angry rhino" means more than one thing in Belgium. Nowadays it can mean that one has a rumbling sensation in the bowels that foreshadows the kind of visit to the bathroom where one has defecated as soon as buttock meets enamel. "Touching cloth" is, of course, the nearest term we have in English.

The more traditional use of the term, however, denotes an individual who has a suppressed but rising anger in them that will fulminate presently, at the next person to vex them. By all accounts, Zinedine Zidane's World Cup final headbutting of Marco Materazzi was triggered by Materazzi's taunting, but had its origins earlier that day when Zidane tried to open some seal-packed Edam in front of a group of sardonic teenagers. Zidane had an angry rhino before he took to the field that evening.

The badge uses the angry rhino motif to suggest to RCCF's opponents that their players are not to be trifled with because, even before kick-off, they have, quite frankly, had it up to here. Cameron Carter
