THE HALF DECENT FOOTBALL MAGAZINE

Maine Road, Highbury and Roker Park also available

29 March ~ Design studio Dorothy have created a new range of illustrated prints depicting lost football stadiums. Wembley, Highbury, Roker Park and Maine Road all feature in the series, which is part of the “lost destinations” collection and take their inspiration from the travel posters of the first half of the 20th century. They aim to “celebrate the unique but often forgotten beauty of buildings and places that were once destinations in their own right but have since been either demolished or immersed in the everyday”. The prints cost £25-35 and can be ordered here.
