Setting up a parody Twitter account

icon twitter8 January ~ Andy Townsend is set to leave ITV at the end of the season after it was announced his contract would not be renewed. The decision was mutual, with Townsend apparently having received offers from international broadcasters. In WSC 289 Glen Wilson explained how a bored moment led him to start a satirical Twitter account about Townsend, which was eventually mistaken for the real thing by fans and journalists alike.
