Want to return their team to community

icon nofans12 November ~ A group of Hibernian fans, headed by former player and manager Pat Stanton, have launched a bid to buy their club. Following open meetings and a survey of over 4,000 supporters, which revealed 84 per cent believe it’s time to look at fan ownership, BuyHibs were set up and have now launched a new website. The group aim to create an ownership model that is both financially secure and successful on the pitch, while returning the club to their community. Supporters Direct have more information on the launch and the BuyHibs website is includes the group’s proposal and action plan.
