THE HALF DECENT FOOTBALL MAGAZINE

15 February ~ Swansea visit Everton tomorrow in the FA Cup fifth round. They have yet to win a match in this fixture, in 18 attempts. In 1981, the Toffees won 3-1 in the old First Division, with Graeme Sharp and Eamonn O'Keefe (2) scoring their goals, and former Everton star Bob Latchford getting a late one for Swansea. Despite that victory, Everton eventually finished eighth, two positions behind the Swans.
