Black Scarf Movement and AVST surveys

icon sitstand21 November ~ A recent survey of over 17,000 Arsenal fans revealed that 91.5 per cent of them would back the trial of a safe standing area at the Emirates Stadium. The questions put forward by the Black Scarf Movement also showed that only 5.9 per cent of fans thoughts the atmosphere at the stadium was "good", while 52.6 per cent said it was "poor", and that 95.9 per cent thought the introduction of another singing section would benefit the atmosphere. The survey results and analysis can be found here. In a separate survey of nearly 1,000 Aston Villa fans, 97.5 per cent backed safe standing.
