Stops supporters getting ripped off by touts

icon money3 October ~ Secondary ticketing agencies have been under the spotlight recently after Tottenham Hotspur fans wrote an open letter asking their club to stop using them. Companies such as StubHub make it easy for tickets to be sold over face value, forcing fans to pay even more to see their team. But other models exist, such as Twickets – a "ticket marketplace" that does not allow sales above face value or charge a fee. The Football Supporters' Federation have interviewed the founder of Twickets to find out how it can be used by football fans.
