Club were saved by their fans

icon promotion2 August ~ Swansea City started their Europa League campaign with a 4-0 home win over Malmo last night. Just ten years ago the club were in danger of dropping out of the Football League but, after winning their first major trophy last season, their future looks bright. Swansea were rescued by their fans and a new BBC documentary, Swansea City: The Fall and Rise, charts the journey they have been on.
