12 April ~ Wigan and Millwall meet at Wembley on Saturday for a place in next month's FA Cup final. The teams have met at that venue before, the Latics winning the Auto Windscreens Shield against the Lions in 1999 courtesy of this injury-time winner from Paul Rogers. Wigan returned to Wembley the following season, losing the third tier play-off final to Gillingham through a goal two minutes from the end of extra time. Millwall have visited the redeveloped ground twice, beating Swindon there in 2010 to return to the Championship after a four year absence having lost to Scunthorpe the previous year.
