Whew! Respect to the Swiss Rambler. That is one dickens of a tome and no mistake. And long? I should say so, yes indeed. Very, VERY long. I'm not going to pretend that I read the whole thing - in fact, to be honest, I only managed as far as the 1973 FA Cup Final before my eyes glazed over, my chin hit my chest and it all became too much for me.

Just a hunch this, based on nothing in particular, but I wonder if that Swiss Rambler character is an accountant by trade.... ;-)
