7 June ~ The Football Supporters’ Federation have launched their National Supporters Survey 2017, to assess the state of the game and its fans.
The survey includes questions on the amount of matches you attend, what affects your decisions to go to games, your involvement in fans groups and your views on subjects such as technology in football. You will also have a chance to put forward your opinions on safe standing,ticket prices and policing.
FSF chief executive Kevin Miles said: “When it comes to the health of the game there’s no-one whose opinion matters more than that of football supporters. Our National Supporters Survey is the largest of its kind, canvassing the views of supporters up and down the country. We want fans to tell us what really matters to them in 2017.”
The last survey of its kind, in 2012, revealed that 91.5 per cent of fans supported the choice between sitting and standing at a match, while 79.9 per cent wanted to see the introduction of video technology to help referees.
The survey should take around ten minutes to complete.
