After starting the season following their relegation from Serie A with three consecutive defeats and 10 goals conceded, Cesena are the first team in Serie B to sack their coach, the 33-year-old Nicola Campedelli. So far that's hardly news. What makes it newsworthy is that the man who gave him the job in the first place and then got rid of him so quickly, the Cesena president, is his 38-year-old brother Igor.
Zdenek Zeman's son Karol lasted only one game with Fano of Seconda Divisione. Admittedly it was a 6-0 home defeat to Alessandria. I think his dad might have been given a bit more time to get things right.
