Blimey that Smiths round was incredibly hard, only three pointless answers and none of them was particularly more obscure than most other Smiths singles.

Yeah, mine too. I could have got pointless answers for hours, though it wouldn't have been TV Gold. Germany has a more relaxed view of what a city is too, I think, there's lots more there than in the UK.

Frankfurt/O seems to be a town. The list of pointless answers would have been huge, though, I think.

World Cup final scorers in Wednesday's final (a repeat). I was thinking... "Helmut Rahn, Dieter Hoeness, Andreas Brehme, Max Morlock... god if I was on the show I'd have to think of a non-German one, but all the ones I could think of are too obvious. But most of those (Puskas, Kempes, Tardelli, Rossi, Carlos Alberto) were pointless too.
