Hindustan150Badge of the week ~ Hindustan FC, India
Surely this is a first draft? For the love of Mike surely no one would deem this the finished product of a creative team of people with the remit to render in image form everything that Hindustan FC represents? Or perhaps it is a winning diffidence permeating the whole club that has resulted in its crest simply being the team's name spelled out and slightly, very slightly, modified with the Word Art tool. Some say that this region of India is known for the directness of its inhabitants, with their rejection of nuance, metaphor and sub-text.

A celebrated eccentric who lived in the area in the last century, Nuancey Deepak, was known for wandering the region dressed in two-tone suits and speaking obliquely. A colourful and popular figure, he was arrested and imprisoned for six years on a Hate Crime charge for telling his neighbour that he would kill for a cheese sandwich. It really is just best to keep to the point and not try anything fancy if you visit this part of the country. Cameron Carter
