Football in 2018 ~

A week is a long time in politics, and a decade is certainly a longer time in football.

Ten years ago, Arsene Wenger's Arsenal were only just about to prove they could overtake Manchester United in the title race, and no-one really thought France were good enough to win the World Cup, even on their own soil.

What do you reckon the future holds in ten year's time?

Will the "Big Four" in England still be the big four, or will some (or all) of them have dropped off the conveyor belt, maybe because someone will have "done an Abramovich" somewhere else, like Aston Villa, or Hull City?

Will international football still hold its self-appointed place at the "pinnacle" of the world game, or will international tournaments be largely ignored in the face of the increasing juggernaut of the Champions League?

Will England be hosting the World Cup Finals, and - even if the answer to the previous question is yes, people still do care - will there be any English players even capable of making a fist of taking advantage of being at home?

And most importantly, will Liverpool finally have won the fucking Premiership?
