Cheating is bribing referees, not being a bit irresponsible spending more money than you've got, something that has gone on in football regularly since the advent of professionalism and always will. Within the past 15 years Celtic then Rangers have both been guilty of doing this, were they cheating? Of course it's unfortunate for the creditors, but we know the owner has hardly been involved in football to feather his own nest and I'd imagine has diminished his personal fortune somewhat from his involvement in the sport.
