Terry Staunton has been a published journalist since the late 1970s, predominantly writing about music, film and television. He was a senior editor at NME for ten years and was also part of the founding team of Uncut magazine. In his early 20s, Terry worked for one of the biggest freelance news agencies outside of London, covering top-flight football for everyone from ITN to the News of the World, from LBC to the Manchester Evening News. These days his writing can be found in Classic Rock, Uncut, Record Collector and The Word. He supports Arsenal.
