As a lifelong Catholic I am of course saddened by the revelations of sexual abuse. The Holy Father's recent encyclical and his imminent visit to these islands must begin the long and difficult process of healing. We must not forget the great love of the Church and all it has done for millions across the World, but a period of self-examination must follow. And the election of a more reformist pontiff in due course. Subject to the wishes of our Lord.

I could not more succinctly sum up the nature of your position if I tried; and if I did, garcia would accuse me of trying to read your mind. But here it is in black and white. What this means for you, principally, is not the horror of child rape, but that the pontiff was "got"...
For his complicity in child rape, which is one of the many reasons TMK is so full of rage at the Church, which holds huge political power in his and your countries, as well as where I live.
