Sigh...I can't remember a game Juve haven't conceded in this season.

Excellent atmosphere in the Mestalla. Is this the best Spanish stadium?

0-1 at halftime. My prediction is 2-2.

Rick
Yes, but that one never fills up, does it.

Yeah, right.

Kurt, it's Las Fallas in Valencia. The entire city is on a week-longer pyrotechnic bender.

Rick,

I meant to tell you that I am going to be at the opening ceremony for that stadium for professional reasons.

Good to see the spirit of Moggi alive and well, there. Not even enough time to restart after the Juventus attacking corner? Imagine...

I guess the referee is saying they were exactly 2 minutes and 45 seconds to play, not a second more, not a second less. Trezeguet is one lucky guy to have had just enough time to get the second shot in. One more touch in the way in and the ref would have blown before it crossed the line!

Shit goal to concede, Fulham. I'm so 21st century I've been watching both these games simultaneously, and am now watching English and Dutch adverts at the same time. Not much to choose between them.

Fulham doing reasonably well considering they are effectively playing with 9 men given how abject Baird and Greening have been.

Oh, and hilariously the ITV analyst said that Cannavaro had done amazingly well to be a dominant centre half "despite his lack of inches and height".

That compelled me to check, and inspect with much greater scrutiny. The evening takes an unexpected twist!

Babyface Banega has been sent off for Valencia, by the way, but I have no idea why.

Benfica finally go 1-0 up at home against OM, while Standard get a third in Athens and lead Panathinaikos 3-1.
