Portugal is probably going to have the biggest ex-pat support base, along with England (who'll benefit from the popularity of the EPL among locals). Though the Luso community is mostly from pre-independence Mozambique and Angola (as is, of course, the Portuguese manager).

Italy, Germany and Nigeria have sizable ex-pat communities; France as well, up to a point; the Dutch not so much.

hmmm well my Benelux sources say that Nederlands will be supported by de Boers. But they could have meant de Boer twins...

That's a positive change at least, then.

Interesting that sales in Germany have already equalled what it looks like they were getting for the group stages in 2002.
