If there were any justice it should be 'burn a Kerrang! day'.

I sometimes forget what Interpol really is and my first thought was "What, like, they said that to promote the new album somehow?"

I thought Interpol only really cared about video piracy. It's not enough we get the FBI warnings on our DVDs, we also have to have the Interpol warning.

The first video that Mrs WOM and I watched together, I did the usual fast-forward through all the FBI/Interpol piracy shit. She goes "Wait, I didn't finish reading that". I fell for it and was like "Oh, sorry" and started to rewind it. Duped.

An interesting look into the "minds" of Palin supporters.

Last night (which is last Sunday, in the Alaska time zone), Sarah Palin put up a Facebook message coming out against the burning of Korans by that nobody pastor. But wait, doesn’t she usually bait her followers and their hatred of Muslins? This made many of them VERY ANGRY. How can the queen of dumb white people not want to kill all Muslims and destroy everything they hold dear? These folks have been raging in the comments. Usually, Sarah Palin has people that delete comments of Facebookers who disagree with her, but this time the torrent of hilarious, poorly spelled hatred cannot be held back.

I wouldn't worry. The Americans can't even write the 11th of September right

Quite. And I can't help but believe that Karl Rove himself advised the stupid dipshit to falsely claim he had a deal about moving the 'Ground Zero Mosque', so that the imam could look compromised by having to deny it.

I think it might have been from Tony Cowards. He is a well known joke thief.

He seems to nick a majority of pretty good ones though, although he's recently fought (and lead) a Twitter war against the plaigiaristic forces of Keith Chegwin, notorious one-liner felon and minor annoyance.

Sounds like the burning has been called off.

An imam had reportedly got in touch with Terry Jones and informed him that the Islamic cultural centre that was planned to be built not far from the Ground Zero site was to be relocated, hence the suspension. However, Jones's mental illness has come to the fore again and claims that the imam had been leading him up the garden path and that he was reconsidering his plans.*

Link here.

Claims that Jones walks around wearing a baseball cap with the words 'Shoot Here' emblazoned across it have been refuted.

*Missed Bruno's reference. Apologies.
