I don't think the first version of it worked at all, but I think the version reading "German time follows ageist phenomenon" is supposed to work as follows:

* German time = "zeit"
* follows ageist = a string of letters reading "geist" then follows
* all of which gives us a word which, in admittedly a very loose sense, can mean "phenomenon"

Depsite being the solver, I don't fully follow it myself, and I don't think it actually wholly works. The solution is an anagram of "creed for gents (in porno...)", although I don't see an anagram indicator there. It's also the name of a film, hence the last word.

I have no idea where "Where Westminster Cathedral prominently featured" comes into it, although it may be another reference to the film (I haven't seen it).

Ah, OK. Yeah, I can't see an anagram indicator either (though I shouldn't talk, because my "away" upthread was a pretty vague one).
