Ah, this should be a nice warm up for my trip to Barnet on 4 Sep.

If you need an excited foreign (yet Northern) fan of an ex-Top 4 side to ramble on about his expectations of a pie at the Underhill... alternatively, I can tell you things about Torpedo Moscow and Pakhtakor Tashkent.

OK, sorry that the first post on this account is a cheeky and shameless bump, but we feel it's necessary to remind you that this starts Friday at 21:00!

We're on resonancefm.com/listen or 104.4 FM for those living in Central London.

Wingco will be mounting his soapbox to wax lyrical on Goal line technology,Foooty Voodoo's Chris Roberts will be giving us the first of our 'Resonance Galacticos', and we'll be welcoming representatives of the 'Holmesdale Fanatics', Crystal Palace's very own Ultras!

There'll be plenty more banter besides. We very much welcome your contributions and witticisms on our twitter @cafecalcio so follow us and join in!

For those who can't catch it live, we will be repeating the show at 15:30 on Saturdays and we'll be podcasting the show through our new and threadbare Posterous blog:

cafecalcio.posterous.com/

We look forward to welcoming you along!

Cheers.

Good luck. I hope it's as good as the Bike Show on Resonance which is the best podcast out there and has been for many years.

Quick little bump to give you the lowdown on tonight's show.

We have Interviews with Garreth Cummins of the Football Supporters Federation, a soapbox rant from David Stubbs, the first of our 'Resonance Galacticos' courtesy of our very own football occultist Chris Roberts, and we of course welcome our studio guests, representatives of Crystal Palace FC's Ultras group the 'Holmesdale Fanatics'!

We look forward to it, tune in and join us!

The podcast should be made available on the itunes store, at least, we see no reason why it can't be, and if we come anywhere near to being as good or as loved as the Bike Show, we will be doing very well indeed.

Coould you pass on my message that English fan groups doing the ultra thing is as laughable as the Italians who try to do the 'casual' look?

Cheers.

Blimey, I don't know if I'm hard enough to make such an inflammatory statement to the poor chaps (virtual) face. Can't I just hide behind an internet message board handle?

Nah!!! Do it. This is a reasonable forum for debate, I'm sure it won't kick off!

They might set off a flare though, that would wreck the studio carpet.

Hmmm. Send it in anyway. If anything it might prove people are listening!

Any supporters group that gets annoyed with other supporters for not doing what they're doing is fucking bogus in my opinion.

I'm a sit quietly biting my nails and jiggling my knees type of supporter. I support my team just as much as the guy who makes a fucking banner and lets of a flare.

Enjoyed that. The Palace guys went off the rails towards the end with their "at the end of the day... it's a last resort... we protect what we stand for" talk.
