			<description>Same thing here in Brazil (worse, some might say). The last long-term manager we had was Muricy Ramalho, three years in São Paulo Futebol Clube and gone this year. And he only lasted in the team because we won the last three Campeonatos Brasileiros. 

The situation gets worse in smaller clubs. Some change their managers two, three or even four times a season. Of course, there's no long-time planning...

Here it seems to be easier for a club to dismiss the manager than to fix the real and deeper problems it is facing. - fbrazolin</description>
