I loved that everyone kept missing fairways, ending in bunkers, flying into the water or the hospitality tents. With the exception of the hospitality tents, that's what I do. Unlike me, these guys, amazingly, still seem to get par after par. Really enjoyable to watch this evening. Somehow watching golf is better late on a Sunday evening when I should be in bed in preparation for the working week ahead.

Padraig, you are a revelation.

Brilliant finish from Harrington. Like Carnoustie, he required an up-and-down from the rough on the 18th, and like Birkdale he delivered his finest shot of the week when it mattered. His putting throughout was nothing short of excellent.

It's the first European win in an American major since Olazabal's victory in the 1999 US Masters. And I think Harrington is the first player aside from Tiger to win two majors in the one year since Mark O Meara's US Masters - British Open double in 1998.
