Is there somewhere on the web where I can find the total number of goals scored in all 4 English divisions for the last 3 season?

RSSSF will have the league tables for all four division:
http://www.rsssf.com/histdom.html
Add up the home goals scored on all four divisions for all three seasons, and voila.
(Sorry, I haven't got time to do it at the moment)

Or if you want to be really radical and different, you could add up all the away goals scored instead.

The full employment method is to add home and away then divide by two.

The actual way to do it is to add up either all the goals scored (i.e. the "F" column) or all those conceded (i.e. the "A" column).

Is there an unwritten WSC rule that means everything has to be complicated?
Am trying to initiate a hassle free prediction league at work - simply predict the amount of goals scored in all 4 divisions for the forthcoming season (League only)...
Figured I better give 3 seasons history so people could base it on...
Anything more complicated will put people off I think...
