Leo Hindery is just the guy for Newcastle.

When he was running the New York Yankees' cable network, their editorial tone made Zimbabwean television look objective, and his experience with Steinbrenner (and Fils) means that he has worked with some of the few people in sport less pleasant than Freddie Sheppard.

Not to mention his civic accomplishments:

"Mr. Hindery was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Minority Media & Telecom Council, received the Oates-Shrum Leadership Award of the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund, and was named a Founder of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits)."
