It's homebrewed pidgin Latin. labia is Latin for lips. But, yeah, your reading was the effect I had in mind. "What a bunch of cunts et cetera."

Caecilius est in horto. Labium Caecilii est hirsutum.

Metella etiam est in horto. Labia Metellae sunt hirsuta.
