If you are going to take on the name Gomez when you are Irish, don't wear a sombrero. You deserve to go down in the first.

Sod the talk, I wanna see the ring girls. I don't know why, I'm generally disappointed when I do get to see them.

I couldn't believe it when I saw Mark Burdis announcing the fight, although in my case I only know him as "the bloke from Operation Good Guys".

On that showing he did look pretty good, didn't he.

One of our midfielders was on the undercard, but it doesn't look like we'll get to see much of his fight, if any.

He was supposed to be on the Calzaghe v Hopkins undercard but didn't get a US visa due to an alcohol related indiscretion when he was younger.
