My favourite HIGNFY moment was probably an odd-one-out round where the choices were:

1) Michael Howard
2) Sellafield Nuclear Power Installation
3) Mr. Michael Itchyanus, resident of New Zealand
4) Mr. Yorkshire Bank Plc Are Fascist Bastards, resident of Leeds

Five points if you can guess the odd-one out and why.

3. As it was his real name, whereas all the others had changed theirs.

I went to see it being recorded the other week, when Michael McIntyre was on Paul Merson's team. It was obvious from the moment that they came on that Merson wasn't getting on with McIntyre, as he sat slouched up, barely looking at him. McIntyre, who appears to have a huge opinion of his own skills, seemed not to notice, and for the first twenty or so minutes babbled away to the exclusion of pretty much everyone else. Merson finally cracked, and told him to stop fucking about (the only swearing of the evening). McIntyre blanched and stopped fucking about. This, funnily enough, didn't appear on telly...
