Well, I never! Look what's been re-released this week:

(edit: Oops! White album on white background - not good!)

An absolutely seminal album on the then-burgeoning electropop scene - I think this may have been the very first release for both Depeche Mode and Soft Cell!

Go to the Electronically Yours website and scroll down past the Client interview to get to the review of the re-released version.

Apparently it comes with bonus tracks 'Warm Leatherette' by The Normal - the all-time electropunk classic - and 'Back To Nature' by Fad Gadget - one of his classics. Dunno why, but it does!

But 27 years ago?!? Fuck! That dates me. And what have I done in that time? Fuck all! <sniff>

(edit 2: I didn't realise until I read it on the Electronically Yours site, but apparently the first CD release of this, from 1992, goes for quite alot of money on ebay! Not that I had a copy, of course, but...)
Please note, although no boardcode buttons are shown, they are still useable

Yes, I saw a copy of the CD going for £60 a few months ago. I transferred the album on to mp3 format a while back. Some great stuff on that record.
