They are better because they scored more points. If Leeds were not to start on -15 then they would start on 0 in League 2.
Either way Forest and Doncaster would finish above Leeds.
Thats the benefit of not having a chairman trying to buy a football club on the cheap, and trying to cheat people and companies out of money.
When considering that one of the main creditors is HMRC (ie the Great British Tax-paying Public) I am not exactly delerious about paying more tax to subsidise Ken Bates' personal asset fortune.
