I'd not heard of this, but found the concept interesting. A bit of ggogling, though, suggests that Germany has a lower P-D coefficient than even Holland.

Bizarrely, the lowest of all appears to be the Austrians, who've not struck me before as being a particularly radically liberal and laid-back race?
