Basically, the change report is based on average form for the season and experience. If your player performed above average, and got 100% of his required experience, then he'll get a skill boost. Sometimes they are noticable (a new 'bar'), sometimes they aren't.

Thanks matej. So, how does one know what the average form and experience is for your team? Or is it worked out player by player?

(Often I get the feeling that there is much more to this game than I know about. Like all the stats that people are posting. And what the fuck is the xpert 11 team? One of my players just earned 500 000 for it.)

On any of the players individual pages, you'll see their current form, average form, and experience (out of 100%).

On the 'training' page, you can also see the form indicated by two bars: the top for current, the smaller bottom one for average.

Generally, you want to keep the form of your team as high as your funds allow. I tend to overtrain my squad, because I'm paranoid of losing form. (Not that it helped me down the stretch.)

I think this is going be a Derby-esque season for the Monkeys - avoiding relegation by virtue of having the league change, two of my best players quitting for no reason, no money, no hope. All I've got to look forward to is to try and nobble some of Phoebe's players in retaliation for the fact that he puts half my team i hospital every time we meet.

In retaliation? My players still remember the first leg of the cup, where the Monkeys had four booked, one sent off and AFC Phoebe has two players injured...

I'm a little concerned that my first ever professional fixture is against the 5th best rated team in Matej's list, followed by a match against the top rated team. It's quite literally a baptism of fire.

Woof. That's what happens when I don't update my squad and leave my new signing on the bench.

Yeah, me too. Forked out zillions for a new defender and didn't even have him on the bench! Not that he'd have made much of a difference. 5-0!

Can someone break into the U Street Gunners and just turn them off Bruise? That is the fourth player in my team they have injured. It is so annoying, especially because they suck.

Could've sworn one of my players had a powerful shot (special skill). Do these skills get updated as part of the end-of-season change, I wonder? Or, more probably, I've flogged him.

HORN - just skill blobs at the end of season. Which meant you sold him, or thought the quicker rocket was a rocket shot.
