I don't know for certain (the FAQ is a bit crap), but I bet you need to buy flex points.

The forums are the place to go for real info. There is lots of good information in there.

As far as creating a 2nd player goes, if you are confident your first player is going to start/play games, then your XP will go up from that and a new player is worthwhile.

If your 1st player is not sure of getting games in his current state, creating 2nd player might just mean you have two players both sitting on benches. Then you are stuck with only the XP you get from training (which is much less than game experience).

Getting a team is definitely flex point heavy and luck. I think they must sell out teams pretty quickly based on what I've seen at the site.

BOOM! Bob Blomstrand had 4 tackles, and one pass disruption as his team won their first game of the season in his debut.

Boom! My kicker missed both PATs and the team lost 20-18.

...

Neon Leon did well though, a couple touchdown saving tackles as well as good on returns.

My running back just got traded to Eastern Europe. Though it's exciting to get to experience new cultures, I'm kind of wishing I had a no trade clause in my contract.

Damn...Budapest Cowboys signed a new OT, one level higher than me, and now he's got the starting job. The owner is still promising me game time. The new guy has much better stamina than Pablo, which is the manager's big concern. I blew a lot of the skill points creating Pablo on special abilities, and not his basic attributes.

I think at the position you'll still get a lot of gametime.

Plus you'll always have special teams right?

I guess. I have half a mind to go on a different computer/IP address and register under a different email with my first referral to get the Flex Points and boost the F out of my first guy.

One good tip I got, when you are able to level up, don't do it until just before the game, as you get less benefit from training as soon as you have done so.

I saw that someone else mentioned that, but I still don't understand that.

Basically at level 1 you can get 100XP per day of training. At level 2 it gets reduced some, by level 4 it is 87 XP a day, and so forth and so on.

Also, the further advanced each skill is, the fewer skill points you get through training. So waiting to upgrade your skills until before a game means that you'll continue to get the higher number of skill points through training.

My RB gets injured in every game. Any idea how to keep that from happening?

Try changing your play intensity to relaxed.
