Jesus Christ Derby are the most useless, most spineless shower of shite ever to roll into the Premiership.

I don't think clubs coming up should get the full allocation of TV money and parachute payments unless they accrue a certain amount of points.

It's borderline fraud what they have done this season.

At the end of the game just now all I heard were cheers at the end. Now they can't all have come from the Arsenal end.

So the title is aimed at the passionless morons who turn up every week to watch Derby. BOOOOOOOOO! Come on - let them know this isn't good enough.

Hahaha!

The dozy little clown was still doing his somersault and funny dance while Arsenal went up the other end and scored 3 more goals.

Is there a player who defines 'great in the Championship, useless in the Premiership' better than Earnshaw? Darren Huckerby maybe?

Derby are so fundamentally clueless that the malaise seems to affect even players who are still useful in other contexts - Lewis Price can turn out for Derby looking like he's never seen a football in his life before and then play well for Wales four days later, and Kenny Miller can lose his marker and score for Scotland against Croatia and then later in the same week play for Derby looking as if he's been lobotomised.

And while we're on the subject of Derby, I reckon Dean Leacock gives Ali Dia serious competition for the title of "worst ever player to appear in the top flight in England".

They really are utterly pitiful, aren't they? Having just checked the table, I'm actually surprised to see that they've conceded "only" 82 goals in their 36 games, as they seem to concede four, five or six on a weekly basis.

They could use Jesus - turning oppositions' water into wine might just give them a chance.

Someone has to go down every year but he ones who fight 'til the last kick of the season, and entertain in the process, are morally entitled to so much more than Derby were this time round.

Javier Clemente for the Derby job.
An excerpt of his training ground peptalk was in yesterday's Irish Times. Not for the easily offended.
