Anyone heard "Fascination" by Alphabeat? It's quite, er, influenced by David Bowie's early 80s classic "Modern Love"...

I like it too.

God, I can't stand Alphabeat. They look like the vanguard of some Scottish Christian Pop Squad. And they sound like it too.

edit - hmm, Danish, eh? And "critics have likened their sound to Deacon Blue" according to wikipedia. Throw them to the wolves.

Hmmm... Sounds like I should approach this lot with caution.

I have to say that they got on the wrong side of me straight away by having a name that made me confuse them with Alphaville.

Not sure that having poo inserted into my ears would radically alter my hearing, but to answer your question...no.

If there is shit to be found it is to be smeared all over this sorry example of radio friendly pap (that's pap, not pop - just in case you think you've got crap in your ears).
