Things what I like about the new board:

Changing the board options at the bottom automatically take you to the chosen board, without that annoying extra click.

The Quick Reply button at the bottom of posts

The Quote button at the bottom of posts

Er...

Things what I don't like about the new board:

All the graphics and whatnot around the edges that mean I won't be able to use it when my manager doesn't have a day off.

The horrible, ugly font.

The horrible, ugly way that the board renders quotes when using the lovely quote button at the bottom of posts.
