Ha ha. Just turned on 5 Live, coincidentally in time for the start of Alan Green's commentary stint, and within less than a minute he's called last night's draw a very flattering result for Chelsea.

Ta for that, Alan. Good to see your sense of priority is as finely honed as your sense of judgement.

Waddle said the same thing on Radio 5's coverage.

Manchester United have four wingers on the pitch and no forwards. Super.

Barcelona are nowt to worry about on this evidence. They'll get done at old Trafford.

Although they'll be happy with a 0-0, of course.

I don't know about happy, E10, but it certainly could have been worse.

And if Barca had just been a bit more effective with their last pass, shooting and free kicks, it could have been a lot more than that.

By that, I mean has the match been abandoned due to dinosaurs on pitch, or has Lionel Messi been revealed, through an unfortunate shorts yanking incident, to be an exceptionally ugly woman?

Ferguson once again shows that tactically in Europe he continues to pick wrong sides.
All seson our best midfielder has been Anderson, tonight he stays in his tracksuit.
He keeps Park on the pitch for the whole match even though he was quite obviously out of his depth.
He didn't have the bottle to bring Nanni on earlier but he brings his "Captain " Ryan Giggs for the season on with 5 mins to go,talk about blind loyalty.

All this against a very average Barcelona side.

To be fair Scholes and Evra,Carrick and Ferdinand played well but not in aq thousand years will they win the champions league playing like that.

I'll be there Tuesday night though.

Bizarre, that was like an Arse MU game but MU looking strangely cautious.
For a side with Tevez, Ronaldo and Rooney they were really relying on hoping for a moment of genius instead of playing football.

Who's there to beat ManUtd though...? Barca? They'll crumble at OT then it's either Liverpool which has been utterly impotent against them or a Chelsea team that does not look like much.

ManUtd will win it because they are the less worse of a bad bunch.

And once again the commentators crap on about how an away team drawing 0-0 in the first leg represents 'a classic European performance.'

Man Utd will stroll the second game, then leather Liverpool 4-0 in the final.

All left foot though (Messi that is).

Giles Coke pisses all over both of them.
