Yep, it's too light, has a rubbish collar, has the adidas logo in the middle of the shirt and the three stripes only go halfway down the arm. Plus it has too much white and yellow on it.

Bluergh.

Cardiff City & Wales I've always thought Forest Whitaker would do well. As I get older I am returning to the Custard Cream 3 Bits of Fry & Laurie - The Complete Scripts Jaded Axe Attack Location: East Molesey - it's paradise Birthdate: 1968-12-11

Wow, I think QPR are really going all out to ditch their previous benign image and going for being a very easy club to hate in forthcoming seasons.

I got myself worked up into a frenzy about this last year, and when the new shirt finally came out (about three days before the start of the season), it was rubbish. I'd like blue and yellow quarters this season, please. And a big, sewn on badge.

I like it, but I'd like it better if it was symmetrical and if they designed a new badge. We've had some classics over the years, but the current one's embarrassing.

The away kit's black with luminous yellow piping. We're not supposed to know that yet, but for the second kit launch in a row the pictures were leaked before the shirts were officially launched.

We've gone back to gold socks though, which I'm pleased about. Looks much smarter.

I much prefer this new kit thread and will patronise it solely from now on (unless i feel the need to object to anything on the rival one).

Spurs return to navy shorts and seemingly to brown change kit. Huzzah!

There are pitfalls in designing a new badge though, FH;

Pompey are not having a good run-up to the Final when it comes to design, are they? I can't wait to see their suits.

The Spurs change kit is black (in "tribute to the Puma King boot" according to the flacks), not brown/chocolate. The new kits are discussed at some length on the Juande thread (not that we would expect you to slum it over there).

Oh, so that's what Tottenham's sponsor does. I thought it was floor polish.

I think Mr Disco did post this on the old board, but I haven't seen it on the new one yet, and so, behold the new Ipswich Town away shirt:

Shorts and socks are red to match. It looks more red and less maroon in real life. I think I like it. Sponsors will change because e-on have dumped us and no-one has stepped into the breach yet.

Apologies for the three stars. I know it annoys a lot of you. It's only meant to annoy Norwich fans.

I read that David James has been exercising quality control to prevent a repeat of the Liverpool white-suit catastrophe, in which he played a part.

The Spurs kit did look black on SSN but the pics on that FSC link make it look very brown.

Was a possible motivation for the change in Pompey's badge to make it look less, er, Islamic?

Wigan Athletic are changing their badge to:

Which is very unfortunate as I used to love their old badge:

That's not really their new badge? Is it some kind of 'Life on Mars' retro tribute?

Given the abominations we've had to suffer over the past few years most North End fans are pretty happy with this.
