There is a lower league team from Hamburg that has a red and purple kit (as the result of a merger), maybe it's influenced by that.

I think it's been inspired by this local delicacy.

Both the inspiration and the result of prolonged exposure, I would imagine . . .

Cardiff City & Wales I've always thought Forest Whitaker would do well. As I get older I am returning to the Custard Cream 3 Bits of Fry & Laurie - The Complete Scripts Jaded Axe Attack Location: East Molesey - it's paradise Birthdate: 1968-12-11

Bored momentarily considers switching allegiances to WBA;

QUOTE:
They will go on sale from August 1 without a sponsors’ name. Fans buying the ‘blank’ shirts were promised a sponsors’ logo would be ‘welded’ to the shirts free at a later date.

One has to wonder how many supporters will bother having the "welding" done.

If they don't manage to find a new sponsor they should go back to this;

What I didn't realise was that Bayern decided to launch their kits with some insane bit of expressive dance:

That really should be starring Hans und Franz.

Or perhaps we just don't understand Fussballtanzkultur . . .

I like the Hamburg kit, it looks a more professional version of this Queensland Roar kit.

I really like three of the Fenerbahce kits, especially the right most one - the white with the three horizontal bands.

I should remonstrate with you about your affection for that HSV kit, jamzinho, but you have, at least, brought an even worse version to our attention.

Thanks for that, Harri, I have been meaning to find an image of that. Pity they have fucked up the shoulder panels though

Congratulations are due to Bolton Wanderers, who have managed a change shirt that is even worse than their home one:

Is the return to the old badge permanent, or just an "end of an era" type thing?

The yellow looks awful gold in that shot, and wasn't it supposed to have vertical stripes a la the 70s classic?

I won't even say anything about the more prominent flag.
