The "horror" tackle is around 6 minutes in that clip. I stand by what I said, shit challenge, and would have had no complaints about a red card had it come. But it caught Jo in the side on his hip/buttock and his hand goes to his arse. And crucially, Skrtel's eyes look to be on the ball all the way until a millisecond before the contact. Not quite the kick to the spine we'd been led to believe.

No I wouldn't. I'd have said it should have been a red card. Which I said about Skrtel's challenge.
As for my supposed red myopathy, I'm also the only really vocal Liverpool fan on here (now shanklyboy has gone, bless him) and the only one who regularly gets involved in stramashes with AIATL et al, (there are others but they seem to find it easier to ignore some of the baiting on here.) so I'm going to stand out, as it were. And of course,
I'll admit to a certain bias that goes with the territory being a fan of a team that features in a lot of disparraging threads. But as evinced above, I'm prepared to call a red card challenge a red card challenge and when it comes to team bias, I'm not remotely in the same league as some other people on here.
Anyway, Blameless, look. I stand by what I saw of the challenge and I stand by thinking that it's pretty disgusting wishing ill of a footballer who obviously suffered a bad injury. Its the sort of shit that gets my blood boiling. I shouldn't have called you a cunt though. For that I apologise. I've also toned down the sarcasm earlier in this post.
