Following on from the 'Metaphysical Childhood' and the 'Worst opening title' threads, I came to think about the title tune to 'The Flashing Blade', the English-dubbed French adventure series of the '70's. So, I hopped onto YouTube and, lo and behold, there it is.

But, fuckeroonie, what do you find in the 'Related Videos' column next to the main screen? Only a handful of '70's opening titles treasures - Marine Boy, Belle & Sebastian, Adventures of Robinson Crusoe - Jeez Louise!

Enjoy! And, of course, suggestions of your own, obviously.

Dismayed and wearisome protestations of 'we've done this before' happily tolerated.

I got distracted looking for something good, and found "The Changes" instead. Not sure whether this belongs in the "good" or "bad" category, but I'll say this: I watched the whole series in one sitting last year and it almost gave me a turn.

I always thought a great DVD would be all of the James Bond opening titles together.

I still think of Sheryl Crow Tomorrow Never Dies with the lady diving into the digital pool.
