Yes it does, although I personally prefer It takes a Nation of Millions to Hold us Back.

Which begs the question; given these 2 greatly-titled albums, how on earth did they then manage to come up with such stinkers as New Whirl Odor, Revolverlution and, their worst of all - Muse Sick-n-Hour Mess Age?

I like its simplicity ...plus black is my favourite colour, so it beats out 'The White Album' and 'The Grey Album'.
