Am heading down tomorrow afternoon, down the M1 - M69 - A46 - A429 then A44 accoring to AA route map!

Has anyone been , is this the quickest route from Up North?

If anyone has been to the music festival there before and has ideas on parking, please shout - if you are in that area and its raining bad - please shout too and will take me wellies!

Too late, but that sounds utterly crazy.

M40 to Banbury then A361 to Chipping Norton, then on to Charlbury would be normal

Also too late, but yeah, it was pissing down most of today. Still, it was mainly nice for the Cowley Road Carnival.

Too late, but it was incredibly utterly crazy - who does plot the AA route map things? I have to get a Sat Nav...

3.5 hours down - rain affected...

Nearly 3 back - clear road affected...

Great time had by all - despite the weather!

Suppose, but someone at work claimed that on Top Gear once it was noted that they sent someone via France for one route??
